Free Raja-Yoga
I discovered raja-yoga and the spiritual center of Brahma Kumaris in Thessaloniki in 1997 and since then my life changed. I was taught meditation and self-knowledge from the great spiritual teacher Anthony Strano and from other big teachers of meditation and I also managed to come in contact and meet truly pure and spiritual people.
The meditation and philosophy of raja yoga enables me to connect with my inner self and the Supreme Energy and to develop more faith to myself and others. It also helps me to maintain a high goal in life, which is closely related to the transformation of the self and the offering to people.
After three years of intensive daily studying, I started to teach the philosophy and raja-yoga meditation which led me to acquire more spiritual experience. And in the next years, I travelled in Greece and abroad studying and expanding further and sharing this knowledge with others. The last few years I live in Corfu and I teach meditation and the philosophy of Brahma Kumaris.

Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya (also called Brahma Kumaris) is an international non-governmental spiritual organisation with its headquarters located at Mount Abu, Rajasthan. It is a spiritual institution focused on self-transformation through spiritual education and reflective practices. It focuses on self-transformation by re-discovering and strengthening human potential. This is done by providing a deep and clear understanding of self, Supreme Source and human existence.
The primary teaching at Brahma Kumaris is Raja Yoga meditation. Raja Yoga στην Κέρκυρα
Ανακάλυψα τη raja-yoga και το πνευματικό κέντρο των Brahma Kumaris το 1997 στη Θεσσαλονίκη και από τότε άλλαξε η ζωή μου. Διδάχτηκα διαλογισμό και αυτογνωσία από το μεγάλο πνευματικό δάσκαλο στην Ελλάδα Άντονυ Στράνο αλλά και από άλλους μεγάλους δασκάλους του διαλογισμού κυρίως στην Ελλάδα, στην Ινδία και στην Αγγλία και γνώρισα αληθινούς πνευματικούς ανθρώπους σε αυτό το χώρο.
Mετά από τρία χρόνια εντατικής καθημερινής μελέτης, άρχισα να διδάσκω τη φιλοσοφία και το διαλογισμό της ράτζα-γιόγκα και να αποκτώ βαθύτερη πνευματική εμπειρία. Tαξίδεψα το επόμενο διάστημα και δίδαξα τη ράτζα-γιόγκα σε διάφορα μέρη της Ελλάδας, ενώ στο εξωτερικό ταξίδεψα περισσότερο για τη δική μου προσωπική εμβάθυση και μελέτη σε αυτή την πνευματική γνώση. Στην πορεία του πνευματικού ταξιδιού μου, ανακάλυψα και μελέτησα τη μέθοδο του οραματισμού, καθώς και τη δύναμη της Ευγνωμοσύνης.
Τα τελευταία δύο χρόνια ζω στην Κέρκυρα και διδάσκω το διαλογισμό και τη φιλοσοφία της ράτζα-γιόγκα , καθώς ταυτόχρονα κάνω ανοιχτές ομιλίες και σεμινάρια στο κέντρο της πόλης και στην περιοχή Κανόνι, σε συνεργασία πολλές από αυτές με τον πολιτιστικό σύλλογο Κανονιού.
Ο διαλογισμός της ράτζα-γιόγκα μας βοηθάει να ενωθούμε με τον βαθύτερο αγνότερο εαυτό μας και με τη Θεϊκή Πηγή στο σύμπαν. Η φιλοσοφία της ράτζα-γιόγκα μελετάει την εσώτερη γνώση για την ψυχή και την Υπέρτατη Ψυχή, το νόμο του κάρμα, το δέντρο της ζωής και εξηγεί τη λειτουργία των πνευματικών νόμων στο σύμπαν.
